Ethical Management Goals

GUNHO E&C Co., Ltd. has established the following ethical values that everyone must uphold and develop in order to manifest the management philosophy of “honesty” and “sincerity”: All executives and employees of GUNHO E&C Co., Ltd. will thoroughly comply with the following regulations in the process of conducting business so that all departments can achieve sustainable development together.

Human Rights Labor Policy

  • 1. We respect the dignity and value of all members as human beings in order to realize sustainable happiness.
  • 2. Based on the spirit of humanity, we strive to create a good working environment so that all members can pursue happiness.
  • 3. We respect the human rights protections and labor standards of international labor organizations such as the UN and ILO, and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, nationality, age, etc.
  • 4. We comply with the labor-related laws and regulations of each country or region and confirm that this policy is a basic obligation that all partners who do business with us must comply with.

Detailed Operating Instructions

  • 1. Respect for human rights
    We respect all members as human beings and strive to prevent any acts that constitute human rights violations.
  • 2. Prohibition of forced labor
    We will not force members to work against their will through mental or physical restraints, including slavery and human trafficking, and we will not require the transfer of government-issued identification, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.
  • 3. Prohibition of child labor
    We do not employ children and adolescents under the age of 15.
  • 4. Employment of minors
    If a worker is under 18 years of age, his/her employment shall be in compliance with labor relations laws and he/she shall not be engaged in dangerous or hazardous tasks.
  • 5. Working hours
    Regular working hours and overtime working hours shall follow the standards set forth in the labor laws of each country or region, and overtime pay shall be paid in accordance with the standards set forth in the labor laws of each country or region.
  • 6. Wages
    The wages of workers shall be determined to exceed the minimum level set by the labor laws of each country or region.
  • 7. Prohibition of discrimination
    There will be no discrimination in employment based on gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, etc., and there will be no discrimination in working conditions such as wages and promotions based on the same.
  • 8. Freedom of association
    Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are guaranteed by national or regional labor laws, and no disadvantageous treatment will be given for reasons such as joining or participating in a labor union or forming one.
